- You must be present in the state of Arizona at the time of purchase
- You must be 21 years of age or older to enter
- Winning tags/hunts cannot be sold
- Winners of the AZ Special Big Game Tags are responsible for purchasing an Arizona hunting license
- Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, fees, and licenses
